The new Contemporary Lighting keypad is the ideal control for your smart home. The modern industrial design and available colors and finishes are up-to-date with the latest designer trends. You can choose from satin finishes in aluminum, biscuit, black, and white, and gloss finishes in black, brown, ivory, almond, and white. Like metal for modern or industrial type decor? The Contemporary keypads are also available in chrome, matte stainless steel, satin nickel, and Venetian bronze finishes. Custom engraving is available to label each button just the way you like. For visibility and intuitive operation, an ambient color sensor adjusts the LED backlight, and programmable status LEDs provide status feedback for lighting and other devices like smart locks or your garage door.
Smart Functionality
The Contemporary Lighting keypads are highly configurable and customizable. They can have from 2 to 7 buttons, four different button sizes, and up to 37 possible configurations! The functions are not just limited to lighting. With the power of the Control4 OS 3 smart home system, these buttons can do almost anything. Is the status light glowing red? That means your garage door is open, and you can close it with a button press. A programmable button can start music in the kitchen as you cook. Another can lock all your smart lock-equipped doors when you go to bed. For lighting, a button labeled “entertain” can set all your lights in your living areas to the settings you like for having guests – and start the music too.
