As an Audio/Video and Home Automation Technician at The Integrated Home, your time will be spent ensuring our clients receive the best possible implementation experience 100% of the time. This will include working extensively within a suite of software tools we have implemented for this purpose, including Slack, Microsoft Office, T-Sheets, Zendesk, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. You will be responsible for ensuring project completion in a timely manner, coordinating the on-site work and staying in close communication with our lead technicians, project management team and valued clients throughout the process.
If we’re lucky, your daily work will be planned and structured. However, being a Technician in our custom integration business is a fast-moving and dynamic line of work. Your priorities can shift at a moment’s notice, based on a multitude of internal/external factors, and you must be comfortable in this environment to succeed at The Integrated Home.
